I was honored to be a featured speaker at Instrument's "AllCo AllDay," an innovative event designed to connect, educate, and inspire the company's entire workforce in this new era of virtual collaboration. This event, a culmination of Instrument's dedication to continuous learning, brought together experts from various fields, from design to operations. I had the privilege of sharing insights on tapping into one's creative flow, contributing to a day filled with diverse topics that ranged from equity in design thinking to the intricacies of software development. 03. NAWDP 2023
In May 2023, I had the distinct honor of being a speaker at the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) Annual Conference held in the vibrant city of New Orleans. This esteemed event brought together a remarkable group of workforce champions from across the country. I was thrilled to introduce over 190 registered session attendees to Creative Flow School and our unique framework for creative innovation. Sharing our vision and methodologies with such a dedicated group of leaders was both an exciting and humbling experience, and I'm deeply optimistic about the collaborative possibilities that lie ahead.
04. The Podcast Brunch
Atlanta 2021, I hosted a dynamic workshop at "The Podcast Brunch" hosted by my esteemed peer and dear friend, Nicole Jones. This event marked my first in-person workshop since 2019, and the energy in the room was palpable. Surrounded by a diverse group of passionate individuals, we shared meals, laughter, and a collective drive to inspire and uplift one another. I was elated to introduce "Creative Flow Alchemy" to the attendees, and the experience was nothing short of transformative.
05. CFS Virtual Open House
In celebration of our three-year journey and the unveiling of our new website, we orchestrated a memorable virtual community open house. We shared in networking, interactive games, a pitch competition and goal setting. This event wasn't just a milestone marker; it was a vivid reflection of our core values and our commitment to fostering spaces where creators can connect, collaborate, and create with authenticity. Guided by the principles of Creative Flow Alchemy®, we championed Entrepreneurial, Corporate, and Future Leaders to tap into their inherent magic.
06. The Creators Lounge
We host The Creators Lounge, an ongoing free session designed as a sanctuary for creatives from all walks of life. Rooted in the pillars of creativity, connection, and collaboration, this lounge offers a nurturing space where individuals can truly be seen, heard, and understood. Attendees gather not only to network but also to collectively problem-solve, sharing insights and experiences. Through these sessions, participants are guided on a journey to discover, tap into, and harness their unique creative flow, empowering them to transform their visions into tangible realities.
07. Creative Flow Audit
I'm proud to have developed the Creative Flow Audit©, a meticulously crafted framework aimed at empowering individuals to harness their innate creative flow and unlock their boundless potential. This comprehensive mini-training offers a deep dive into one's personal creative cycles, revealing hidden patterns and providing actionable insights for enhanced success and fulfillment. Participants are guided through a transformative journey: from identifying blocks and patterns, exploring overarching life themes, tracking motivations, to assessing efforts and completion rates. By the end, individuals are equipped with a rich tapestry of self-awareness, setting the stage for informed decision-making and fostering continuous personal growth.
